Character animation is something I have always loved and admired. As a child I spent many happy hours watching the magic of Disney, Warner Brothers and Don Bluth movies. This is a passion both my sons have inherited. They both are animators today. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!
I always relish the opportunity to combine forces with either of my sons. I am currently working on a series of videos that make use of my isometric vector art skills. More of that in a later post.
This is a recent collaboration with my son Tim. This was a commissioned to create and animate a character animation for an internal corporate website. My part was to create a puppet of the character and my son Tim made the magic happen. The client is delighted with the results and so are we!
See more of their work at Easy Street Studios based in South Africa and the UK. As their proud dad it would be fair to say I am more than a little biased, but I think their work is brilliant! 😉
If you are keen to see more of my work including the other collars I have done with my sons, have a look at my video page.
